BULGARIAN TRADITIONAL WOODCARVING WINE VESSEL "BAKLITSA", 1.0l.

The "Baklitsa" is traditional Bulgarian wooden vessel of wine, existed on the Balkans long time ago. Handmade by renown masters in Balkan mountain area, the baklitsa is richly decorated with traditional folk ornaments from the Central part of Bulgaria. It measures 30 cm tall, 16 cm large.
The baklitsa was used mostly on special occasions as was the marriage. The man who invited the guests carried a baklitsa and embroidered towel on their shoulders. After that he lead the traditional dence "Horo" with the same attributes.
