Original WWII German 3rd Reich Browning Hi Power holster, marked 1943

This is a rare original leather holster for the FN made Browning Hi Power / GP35 semi auto pistol. Once the Nazi Armies had overrun Belgium in 1940, the production facilities at Fabrique Nationale were turned to producing arms for the WEHRMACHT. As a result, great quantities of the Browning High-Power Pistols were manufactured and issued in German made leather softshell holsters. Such is the holster here. It completes with spare magazine pouch, and belt loop. there are WWII German codes nazi swastic and is WWII dated. It is maker marked and dated "dla 43" (Karl Barth, Militaereffekten-Fabrik, Waldbroehl, Rheinland) and acceptance code eagle "WaA195".

Holster was worn by German officer who was in service in Bulgaria during the WW2.

Holster is in rare perfect condition, great for all collectors. The leather has not been cleaned or threatened with chemicals.
