By the end of 2004 Epizod release their Rock Opera ‘Saint Patriarch Evtimii’ based on texts by the great classic Bulgarian poet Ivan Vazov and Radko Radkov. Patriarch Evtimii's "History of the Slavs and Bulgarians" marks the beginning of the period of National Revival.
The promotion of the album is made on 04.09.2004 at the Ancient Theatre in Plovdiv and on 06.09.2004 in the Tzarevetz Castle in Veliko Turnovo. The concert in Turnovo is held exactly on the spot where the described events took place in 14th century – at the reconstructed palace of old Bulgarian tsars. This concert is filmed with the participation of a church choir, a folklore dance ensemble, as well as of the folk singer Daniela Velichkova and the virtuoso Rossen Genkov who plays the ancient Bulgarian string instrument rebec. The album is excellently met by the Bulgarian music market and the filmed concert is the second DVD of the group. It is officially released on 03.03.2005
