SHIPPING COST: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE PROVIDED. Combined shipping is possible if the items belong to one and the same category or if your order is a large one. Orders at value over 20 Euro will be shipped via registered mail.
The shipping costs for some items such as musical instruments may look high because they also comprises other dispenses – instrument is either sent by master to our stock, or we visit the masters workshops. Stringed instruments and drums are voluminous and are subject of special shipping costs.
SHIPPMENT: We will process your order after we receive a valid payment information (automatic payment notifications, or bank confirmation).  We usually ship within 24 - 48 hours (there can be exceptions due to holidays or unavailability of items). You will receive an email confirmation with date of the shipment.
HANDLING:   We guarantee the quality of our products and we pay special attention to the careful packing of the items we offer.  Musical instruments are packed up in bubbles and shipped in special tar-board boxes.

DELIVERYDelivery usually takes about 8-10 business days to destinations within Europe  and 10-18 business days to the US and other countries. If you prefer faster shipping, we can send some items via EMS (4-6 business days). Please, note the prices are much higher.

POST DELAYS: Delays occur very rarely, still this may happen in holiday seasons. In such cases, if you think that your item has been delayed for too long, don’t hesitate to contact us. We will provide you with a tracking number.  Please, check up with your local post office first. If need contact the customs authorities themselves.
Replacement for items lost due to delivery service problems will be handled on an individual basis.
NB! Mind you, there have been delays or lost parcels for the shipments sent to Italy, due to customs checking practices in this country. Please, also note that despite the mailing difficulties with Italian post services, most packages we have sent so far to Italy have been received successfully.
