This is the replica of the highest-in-rank Bulgarian communist title "Hero of NRB"/ People's republic of Bulgaria/. Genuinely, the replica is distinguished by the "R" symbol stamped on its reverse. The replica award repeats the original title but it's not made of gold.
It needs to be noted that the "Hero of NRB" replica was awarded to all the people who were honored with the official title. The replica was to be worn instead of the gold title.
