Neva KRYSTEVA graduated from the Moscow P. I. Tchaikovsky Conservatoire, majoring in musicology under Prof. Yuri Holopov in the Department of Theory and Composing and in organ under Prof. Leonid Roizman. Later she specialized in organ under Prof. Irji Reinberger in Prague and Zurich. She is equally successful in three spheres of activity: as and organist, theorist of music and lecturer, and as a composer.
Ms. Krysteva has given concerts throughout Europe (Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Russia, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania) and Asia. Being a performer of an extensive repertoire, she includes Baroque and Romantic music in her programs, as well as 20th-century works. A number of compositions have been written especially for her and have been dedicated to her.
