This is Military shooter badge awarded for excellence in shooting, becoming "People's Marksman", blue enamel, BIG size. The badge can be dated to the end of 1940s. Screw back is marked with "1va D.ZL.F" - the oldest factories issuing communist awards in Bulgaria.
