Given to: Employee in Committee of the State Security for their long and faithful work.
Form: The medal is similar to the "Medal for Years of Service in MVR"
Classes: Three classes. 1st class was given for 20 years of service, 2nd for 15 years and 3rd for 10 years. The ribbon is with fiveangle shape, with three white, three red and three green lines.
Emission closed: After the uniting of the Internal Ministry and Committee of State Security in 1969
