Soviet Bulgarian Communist Tank Helmet, winter type

We offer you a tank helmet, of USSR model that was made in USSR and Bulgaria. During the communist era all the tanks used in Bulgaria were imported from USSR. Together with the tanks, there were also imported helmets for the military staff. At the same time, tank helmets like those were made in Bulgaria as well: they were of exactly the same model as the Soviet ones.

The winter helmet we offer you is of the model presented above. The helmet is made of black, strong, canvass material, and has protection straps on the outside. The helmet can be further unfolded for better protection of the neck. On the inside can be spotted the manufacturer's stamp: "Filial 1 GPOV OTK 1 , Pust 2 , II 1988g." The helmet was made in February 1988.

The helmet is equipped with headphones, laringophones (for making conversation), and a cable (56 inches long) that can be plugged into another device.
