This visor-cap model was used in the Bulgarian communist army in 1960 - 70s. The cap was intended for construction troops officers. This is evident from the dark green band above the visor. The edging is in blue-green color. The material used for the make of the cap is dark green gabardine. The visor cap you see is of  EU 57-58 / US 7 1/4 size.
