Rare royal Bulgarian officer cavalry visor cap , winter model

We offer an original WWII winter visor cap of Bulgarian cavalry officer. It was part of the winter combat uniform. It is made of soft wool material of brown color, with white edging. At front can be noticed an enameled royal cockade, with white porcelain base. On the little buttons sideward that are intended to attach the leather strap is seen the Bulgarian crowned lion – the royal army symbol.

On the cap’ inside is placed a stripe with Bulgarian national colors and maker’s ink stamp which reads: " Ivan Popov, voenen shapkar, Varna" / Ivan Popov, military caps maker , town of Varna. Size : S
