SHIPPING

We will process your order after we receive a valid payment information (automatic payment notifications, bank confirmation or check / MO). SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE PROVIDED. Combined shipping is possible if the items belong to one and the same category or if your order is a large one.

HANDLING

We guarantee the quality of our products and we pay special attention to the careful packing of the items we offer.

DELIVERY

We usually ship the items within 48 hours (of course, there can be exceptions due to holidays or unavailability of items).

Delivery usually takes about:

- 12-14 business days to destinations within Europe

- 16-18 business days to the US and other countries
Delays occur very rarely, still this may happen. In such cases, if you think that your item has been delayed for too long, don’t hesitate to contact us.

NB! Mind you, there have been some delays with the parcels we send to France and Italy, due to customs checking practices in these two countries.

If your parcel has been delayed, please contact either your local post office or the customs authorities themselves. Please, check up with your local post office first. Please, also note that despite the mailing difficulties with Italian post services, all packages we have sent so far to Italy have been received successfully.

LOST PACKAGE

If your order has not arrived when expected, please contact us. Replacement for items lost due to delivery service problems will be handled on an individual basis.
