This is an early model army trech shovel and carrier made before or during the WWI in Germany or Austria. There are no marks on the metal part. Full length: 52cm / 20,5 incha.
Shovel found with German leather carrier, marked by the producer "Carl
Kuntze Penig. SA." and  "AWDr. 18 16". the last stamp stands for "Artillerie
Werkstatt Dresden" - Artillery Workshop Dresden.
 
In rare autentic VG+ condition ! Over 100 old. Very interesting find and makes perfect addition to models and reenactors' uniforms.
