This is a rare Bulgarian Royal army belt with a massive buckle.
This excellent item can be dated to the beginning of the 30's (WWII period). It has belonged to a bulgarian royal warrant officer from the royal infantry. It has been part of the everyday uniform. There is a thin regulating strap on thhe inside as one can see from the photos provided. Perfect preserved thick, genuine leather allowed the belt to remain up to date. The item is in absolute authentic condition, the buckle is perfectly preserved.
The buckle is made of brass. The royal coat of arms can be clearly seen on it: lions above which is placed a crown. The animals hold shield. Below them reads the following motto: "Loyalty and Perseverance".
The absolutely authenticity is guaranteed by the producer’s stamp "Shtilianov Sofia VII" on the back of the belt buckle. Its size is:  5,1 x 6,2 cm  
The belt is 116 cm/45 inches long; width: 3,5 cm/1,4inches. In the photograph provided can be seen German and Bulgarian soldiers, as the Bulgarian sergeant wears exactly the same belt.

This is a very rare item that will definitely appeal to the WWII collectors!
