- They recommend the full use of mental and physical labor and capital, in which the land should be allocated between the agrarians
- Comprehensive support for the disableds, widows and orphans of fallen soldiers
- Preference in state services and benefits for participants in the war
The members salute each other tacitly by placing the right hand of the heart.
The organization actively participates in the coup of June 9, 1923, then is released and became a civilian organization.
By decision of the “People Accord” of June 17, 1923 BNU “Kubrat” (Bulgarian National Union “Kubrat”) flows in it. Members of the Union participate in the suppression of the September uprising.
In the beginning of 1925 BNU“Kubrat” is recovered.
March 10, 1925 was approved the statute of BNU“Kubrat”. It defines the organization as a non-party organization uniting people from all social and professional classes in the name of a common idea: Bulgaria, Bulgaria’s spiritual and material power.
Organization complies with the administrative division of the country. Main organizational unit is the bundle- composed of 5 to 15 people. Within the bundle are separated cells of five people, and there is a Head of the bundle to lead it. A few bundles make a local organization subordinated to the local Chieftain, who appointed the Heads of the bundles, and he was appointed by the District Inspector. Local organizations in the administrative region formed a district. There were 16 District Directors (one for each district), subordinated to the Supreme Committee and appointed by it.
Supreme Committee consists of six people, one of whom is the Chairman. Members are elected by the Board of Directors for four-year term. Board of Directors is the highest governing body and is convened every two years in October.

16-17 October  1926 in the capital takes place the first council of the District Directors. The Supreme Committee is elected - Boris Sirmanov (for Chairman), D. Dobrev, Iliya Grozdanov, Tsvetan Tabakov and Iliya Sirmanov.

In 1927 in the places of Iliya Grozdanov and Tsvetan Tabakov are elected D.Todorov and K.Kondov.

June 1929 the membership of the Supreme Committee is extended by a further four people, including colonel P.Milev, major D.Ivanov and the Director of a JSC "Orientabako” Slave Konstantinov.
All of the Heads of the Supreme Committee are reserve officers and most of them, including the general B.Sirmanov are members of the the Great Lodge of Bulgaria, by which freemasonry pervade in the Union.
Members of the Supreme Committee  are called voevodes.
Members of the Union pay membership dues and are required to obtain the Journal of the Union-“Kubrat”. In their duties is the participation in various initiatives, public events, meetings and rituals of the Union.
By 1930 the leadership of BNU“Kubrat” holds the concept for the superiority of the quality of membership over the quantity. Preferred by “Kubrat" way of completing the bundles is the personal acquaintance and friendly relations.
7-9 November 1927 is held the Second Board of the Regional Directors. The discussed problems are recruiting members, ideology and activities of BNU“Kubrat”. Union takes the tactics to improve the quality of the membership at the expense of quantity and the conversion in elite formation with youth character. Organization remains non-party and politically neutral.
June 1929 of extraordinary council of the District Directors is decided the increase of their staff to 9 people. In that framework are formed two committees - financial and editorial, by three people each. Founded is also secretariat of three Principal Secretaries - members of the Committee. Together with the President of Supreme Committee, it forms a Permanent Presence with the right to takes decisions on urgent nature between the meetings of the Committee.
Members of the Union call each other "brothers" as a sign of their ideological affinity. The salute, addressed to them in solemn cases is "Motherland calls” to which they comply with "Ready to die."

Standing lion over a bundle of sticks. This logo is represented on each badge, which the members carry on their revers of the uniforms.
Bulgarian tricolour flag is the emblem of the Union. Their anthem is called “Motherland calls”.
Union Day is November 27 - the day of signing the contract in Nyoi but celebrated as Union Patronale Day is May 6 - Day of Bulgarian Army.
Very strong for “Kubrat” members is the cult to Bulgarian history.
BNU “Kubrat” considered the obligation to respond for all cases of disaster, patriotic civic and public initiatives. The aim of the union  is to present as an educational and civic factor in all areas accessible to the public. It teaches the members to be guided by the principle "work, hierarchy, discipline and competence" and also teaches in industry, frugality, rationality, dedication, determination, compassion and in any Christian virtues.
When the government is changed in June 1931, BNU“Kubrat” flows in another organization with fascist ideas- "Homeland protection", and perceived the direction for holding a clean race, preached by the German nationalists.
