On the obverse of the badge is noticeable a red, five-pointed star that is enameled; in the center of the red star are placed two laurel sprigs and two hammers, the symbols of victory and labor respectively.
What is also interesting is the title of the badge: “skorostnik”. “Skorost” is the Bulgarian equivalent of “speed”. In fact, this badge was awarded to the best workers, i.e. the most efficient ones.
