This is an embossed, enameled badge awarded for a long and active service to the Ministry of Finance. At the bottom of the badge is placed a laurel sprig; the badge goes with a suspender that is red-enameled. This is the 3rd class of the badge, the base of the badge is white and the lettering, as well as the edging of the laurel, is silver.
Generally, there are three variants of the badge. The other two are the following:
-1st class- the five-pointed star is surrounded by a red elliptical ring
-2nd class of the badge, the base is white and the lettering, as well as the edging of the laurel, is gold
