Rare Original Royal Officer Parade epaulettes from 19 c « Bulgarian Militaria « Uniforms « Home
We are pleased to offer you these absolutely rare Bulgarian royal parade epaulettes of a line infantry officer. They are Russian model and can be dated to to 1880 when the Russian influence in Bulgaria was very strong. Significant part of all Bulgarian military uniforms were made after Russian models or entirely made in Russia.
The epaulettes we are offering have been ordered by the Bulgarian royal army and produced in Russia in 19th century.
The consists of base made of soft red material and cover of silver tinsel. It is placed a number “19” that indicates that the officer was part of the 19th infantry regiment of His Majesty Simeon Prince of Tarnovo.
Buttons bear the Bulgarian royal army symbol – a standing lion with crown.
Epaulettes size: length: 15,2cm/6inches ,, width in the round part: 9,7cm/3,8inches
Persfectly preserved authentic condition. Precious piece for every military collection.
