We offer very rare parade belt with King Boris III's monogram , model 1936. Decree 22 from same year, indicates that parade belts with monogram are to be worn by officers from Military school, officers of King's retinue and generals.
On the belt buckle here we read the name of its owner - "Podporuchik Zlatarev"/ second lieutenant.
Most probably he was officer of the King's suite.
The model is beautiful and unique. The buckle is massive, illustrating the royal monogram - a crowned "B" , surrounded by laurel wreath.
The belt is made of silver tinsel, interlaced by green and red threads to remind the national flag colors.
There are two rectangular loops to attach a parade dagger on.
The belt length could be regulated. Full length is 108 cm / 42,5" ; width 5,2 cm / 2".
VG+ condition, all authentic / original! VERY RARE find.
