A very interesting documented group containing some early WWII medals, awarded to Captain of Bulgarian police Rafael Stoyanov, a veteran of WWII.
- Two old veteran medals for the Great Patriotic war 1944-1945 , both coming with very nice authentic documents from WWII. First certificate is dated 1947, with 1944-1945 years stamps , signed by the first post war minister of war general Damianov. The same medal Stoyanov received again in 1951. These two medals and documents are great example of how awards, documents and symbols have been changed - from royal-regent emission to early communist emissions.
- In early 1956 Stoyanov is also awarded with Medal for Combat merits with od type awarding card.
- In first years of new communist rule Stoyanov served in Bulgarian MVR Milicia. Later, in 1964 he is awarded with 20 years MVR agencies medal and is yet graduate to rank of captain.
- there is also Medal for 30 years service in MVR with case.
