Rare old communist officer Bulgarian Infantry visor cap, 1950s

This is an old Original Bulgarian communist visor cap. Model is Soviet and can be dated back to the early '50s. It is the first one used after the WWII. Similar model were the Soviet visor caps used in WWII but here we have some Bulgarian royal army elements. Such uniforms and caps were worn for a very short transitional period and are real find for collectors. The visor has a specific shape similar to the Russian one.

The textile used is of green color, basis is of red velvet - the red color is for infantry regiments. The cockade badge is of porcelaine basis like the old royal cap badges.
