General info about this award :

The decoration was instituted on 17.03.1951y. in relation with the organization of the 1st national military fair. It was awarded to generals, officers, warrant officers, sergeants, soldiers and sailors. Upon May 1954y. its statute was changed and it was awarded only to sergeants, soldiers and cadets of the high military schools. Three classes of the decoration were introduced which were removed again in 1960y.

The Badge has three main issues:

- 1st emmision of the award in period 1951y. - 1954y. award have 2 versions are available:

Big one with size 35x45 mm. given to high officers

Small one with size 30x42mm. given to other military stuff

- 2nd emmision of the award given in period 1954 - 1960y. in 3 classes

Size of the badge : 30x42mm. and different classes I , II and III class

Badges from this emmision have 2 main versions depending of size of the ribbon with inscription adn Roman figure for the classes .

- 3rd emmision after 1960y. till 1991y.

Features no classes, made of light gild aluminum, covered with enamel dye
