We have been known as an honest seller and reputation is important to us. That is why, if you are displeased in any way, don't hesitate to contact us and we will try to find the best solution for both parties.

Buyers can return items if with all original materials, items not used, adjusted or installed. Exception makes Bagpipes which are very sensitive to any transportation. Please, contact us if you want more details on returning a gaida.
Buyers are required to pay return shipping charges.
The item should be returned within 15 up to 20 days. Buyers have to provide tracking number for the return shipping.
Exchange – if you get an item of a size or color different then specified, or item is not as described, we will be happy to send you a replacement (of course, if there is stock availability). This could happen if you return the original item (we will split the shipping dispenses). We will also offer you initial low value to order a new item.
Money back - If you are displeased with the quality of the item you receive, we will send you your money back. However, you will need to cover the shipping costs. We will give paypal refunds with restocking fee of 15% after we receive the item.
Compensations are offered in certain cases, too, but only if the customer has nothing to do with the problem.
