We are offering rare original royal artillery uniform of a high rank officer. The uniform is for every day use and at holidays. The model can be dated to 1936. It is made of soft woolen material, typical of all royal officer uniforms.
The uniform consists of:
- Coat / tunic. The shoulder pieces and tabs design tehrank of the owner - line officer first lieutenant of Bulgarian artillery. The tunic buttons are made of bakelite and have the image of two crossed cannons muzzles that stands for Bulgarian Artillery detachment. There are two hand and two breast pockets at front of the jacket, all with pointed flaps - a cut typical for the Bulgarian royal uniforms. Size: M-L; Sleeve's length 61cm/24 inches.
- The tunic completes with matching officers’ aglets.
- Pants / jodhpurs with red infantry edging . There are two horizontal hand pockets at the front, one pocket on back side. Above them can be noticed a small fob pocket. At the rear pants have two small straps with buckles that allow adjusting the waist size. The bukles are marked by the German producer "Istoco". The buttons at front, on the legs and these of the suspenders are marked "For gentlemen ". Waist: 90 cm/ 35,5inches, Full lengthof pants: 97 cm/ 38,2 inches; inseam 66cm/26 inches. There are three very miniature holes on the pants as trace of time.
The Uniform is in rare VG+ condition, despite the years that have been passed. Very few officers’ uniforms have been preserved till present days surviving the chasing communist regime.
